Planting Design Service:

We offer a design visit that takes place during a morning or afternoon at your property – or with your photos at our demonstration garden. It can include a sketch of the design ideas discussed, plant quantities (and prices if requested), and information on plant care.

We also offer full planting plans, a planting service and garden maintenance service.

Our designs are drawn up to create beautiful, resilient and diverse planting combinations that require minimal watering and maintenance, and respond to your needs and style preferences.

Who we are:

Imogen Checketts (FdSc. Horticulture & Garden Design; BSc. Hons. Landscape & Heritage) is the co-owner and planting designer at Le Jardin Champetre.

Kate Dumbleton, qualified horticulturalist and Permaculture designer, and the other co-owner of Le Jardin Champetre plant nursery.

Project – Wine Domaine Gravel Garden. Previously a tarmac road. Year round colour with deep gravel mulch for minimal watering.

So delighted to have found you!
I’ve just taken on and am renovating a site in the Gers , 32380 not sure if that’s too far for you for design service?
I’m developing a retreat centre and need help with planting schemes / design for various areas . I think we know someone in common in the uk – they were talking about you recently but I can’t remember who!!
Anyway would love to connect and see what’s possible! If nothing else I may need to buy plants off you . I’m after good drought resistant grasses for west facing argileux calcaire soil amongst much else. Look forward to hearing from you , best Tania
